HELLO THERE!

Welcome to A Ring to It, the personal style blog of myself, Christine Newell.

I started A Ring to It in May of 2012 as a means to express and inspire.  With an affinity for mixing prints, feminine pieces, accessories, and whimsical styling, I love to have fun through fashion and hope to encourage women to brighten their days by doing the same.

Raised in Richmond, Virginia, I am a southern girl at heart no matter where my travels take me.  I was born in West Germany, attended high school in Singapore, and college in New York City at the Fashion Institute of Technology.  I currently reside in Orlando, Florida.

I have worked in the fashion industry as a stylist, visual merchandiser, personal shopper, buyer, and design assistant.

I have a puppy named Isabella and bunny named Stan who frequently visit A Ring to It.

In addition to feeling good via fashion, I am also a proponent of feeling good through eating clean.  I have a holistic recipe blog, The Lighthouse Table, which can be found at thelighthousetable.wordpress.com.  I would like to encourage all of my readers to live their happiest and healthiest life by starting from the inside so they are able to manifest their true inner joy on the outside through their fashion choices.  If you feel good, you will feel you look good in anything you wear, and the world will take note.
